In Dandyton, Verk, The Flamingo owns a store with purple walls in which she sells literally everything you could want (within reason).
Every day the same mime shows up and buys something utterly at random and gifts her with a flower nearly the same colour as her hair.
This is not something she knows how to react to so she sticks them in a boot. Said boot currently contains 364 flowers.
